Several years ago, the representative office of the Russian Orthodox Church in the Kingdom of Thailand opened an Orthodox church on the island of Koh Samui in honor of the Ascension of the Lord. This allowed Orthodox believers visiting or living on the island to perform the sacrament of marriage according to all the canons of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The offer includes:
- The sacrament of marriage in the Church of the Ascension of the Lord on Koh Samui;
- Preliminary meeting with the acting rector of the church, Father Alexei, a few days before the wedding;
- Bouquet for the bride;
- Boutonniere for the groom;
- Hair and makeup for the bride from a professional Russian stylist;
- Transfer for a couple: hotel – temple – hotel;
- Professional photography of the entire wedding ceremony and post-ceremony photography in beautiful locations (beach, temple, garden);
- Official wedding certificate.

Weddings on Koh Samui are held according to all the canons of the Russian Orthodox Church, so those wishing to get married must be believing, baptized Orthodox Christians.
